Published updated list of confiscated assets on 10 March, 2020

On 10 March, 2020 State Tax Inspectorate published an updated list of confiscated assets. This time it contains 10246 items which cost 476 931 € in total. 10013 items were already announced in previous lists and 233 confiscated assets were added for the first time. 168 assets were removed from the list and their total cost was 42 107 €. 236 assets got a discount (among them are 67 cars). Assets were discounted by 28% (cars - by 28%) in average. MAZDA PREMACY received the highest discount of around 84% (1090 €). The latest list contains 209 passenger cars and their total cost is around 83 551 € or 340 € in average for each confiscated passenger car. Top 3 confiscated passenger car manufacturers are AUDI (30), VW (19) and OPEL (18). The most expensive car in the newly added assets list is RENAULT KOLEOS, which costs 4 000 €. The cheapest one is - BMW, which costs 3 € only.

Major sellers of mentioned confiscated passenger cars are UAB Vilmarlita (80), UAB Ožys (63), UAB Sauda (33). UAB Vilmarlita has received the largest amount of newly published confiscated assets which total value is 17 309 €. Slightly less valued asset chunks were transferred for realization to UAB Sauda (17 205 € in total) and UAB Ožys (12 521 € in total). This time the leader in terms of sold or written-off assets value is UAB Sauda - its balance went down by 19 250 €. The followers by the same aspect are UAB Vilmarlita and UAB Ožys - they have managed to sell or write-off assets for total value of 17 156 € and 3 985 € accordingly.

On 25 February, 2020 State Tax Inspectorate published an updated list of confiscated assets. This time it contains 10172 items which cost 471 901 € in total. 9994 items were already announced in previous lists and 178 confiscated assets were added for the first time. 245 assets were removed from the list and their total cost was 96 769 €. 314 assets got a discount (among them are 146 cars). Assets were discounted by 26% (cars - by 24%) in average. AUDI A6 AVANT received the highest discount of around 75% (910 €). The latest list contains 292 passenger cars and their total cost is around 181 082 € or 456 € in average for each confiscated passenger car. Top 3 confiscated passenger car manufacturers are AUDI (51), VW (41) and OPEL (27). The most expensive car in the newly added assets list is SUBARU OUTBACK, which costs 5 900 €. The cheapest one is - MERCURY, which costs 10 € only.

Major sellers of mentioned confiscated passenger cars are UAB Argimetas (123), UAB Vilmarlita (55), UAB Sauda (51). UAB Sauda has received the largest amount of newly published confiscated assets which total value is 27 130 €. Slightly less valued asset chunks were transferred for realization to UAB Ožys (24 645 € in total) and UAB Argimetas (20 618 € in total). This time the leader in terms of sold or written-off assets value is UAB Automera - its balance went down by 30 262 €. The followers by the same aspect are UAB Sauda and UAB Vilmarlita - they have managed to sell or write-off assets for total value of 27 563 € and 20 719 € accordingly.

Tax inspectorate announced another vehicles auction

State Tax Inspectorate (STI) has announced another one auction in which three luxury cars are to be sold (for the third time already) and two additional low-value assets - truck and trailer-refrigerator. There is no additional information regarding passenger cars. Good news is that starting prices for those cars dropped by 10%. So, this time the following vehicles are to be sold:

Tesla Model S P90D - starting price 49 320 € (previous price - 54 800 €).

Mercedes Benz S550 - starting price 35 460 € (previous price - 39 400 €).

BMW 740i - starting price 8 820 € (previous price - 9 800 €).

Truck Scania R500LA - starting price 8 700 €. Manufacture year 2007, diesel, 368 kW.

Trailer-refrigerator Lamberet SR2 - starting price 7 800 €. Manufacture year 2008, refrigerator Maxima 1300 (could not be checked).


There is only single chance to take a look at these vehicles. This time overview time is extended two times - to 60 min. Everyone may take an overview in person on February 24th, 2020, from 10:00 to 11:00, address - Minsko pl. 11, Vilnius.

Report of Special investigation service about corruption risks

A few months ago the Special Investigation Service (SIS) announced its report regarding analysis of corruption risks in the area of confiscated assets administration and realization. It contains a bunch of information, gathered during the analysis, conclusions and recommendations/suggestions. We will present a few noticeable excerpts related to confiscated assets administration by the State Tax Inspectorate (STI).

Majority of assets in 2017-2018 administrated by the STI was vehicles, which value was relatevely low and they were sold by sales agents. During the mentioned period sales agents sold 5178 vehicles for total 2 300 424 € (444 € for a vehicle in average). Assuming an average sales agent commission is around 5%, STI paid them aroung 115 000 € for their service.

On 10 February, 2020 State Tax Inspectorate published an updated list of confiscated assets. This time it contains 10239 items which cost 507 600 € in total. 10085 items were already announced in previous lists and 154 confiscated assets were added for the first time. 253 assets were removed from the list and their total cost was 76 387 €. 219 assets got a discount (among them are 91 cars). Assets were discounted by 25% (cars - by 25%) in average. VW CADDY received the highest discount of around 30% (64.21 €). The latest list contains 181 passenger cars and their total cost is around 89 660 € or 93 € in average for each confiscated passenger car. Top 3 confiscated passenger car manufacturers are OPEL (25), AUDI (24) and VW (20). The most expensive car in the newly added assets list is AUDI A6 AVANT, which costs 4 500 €. The cheapest one is - JIANGMEN SINO-HONGKONG BAOTIAN MOTORCYCLE INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD., which costs 40 € only.

Major sellers of mentioned confiscated passenger cars are UAB Vilmarlita (70), UAB Sauda (48), UAB Automera (29). UAB Sauda has received the largest amount of newly published confiscated assets which total value is 23 610 €. Slightly less valued asset chunks were transferred for realization to UAB Vilmarlita (17 124 € in total) and UAB Argimetas (10 333 € in total). This time the leader in terms of sold or written-off assets value is UAB Automera - its balance went down by 23 874 €. The followers by the same aspect are UAB Vilmarlita and UAB Sauda - they have managed to sell or write-off assets for total value of 22 365 € and 15 030 € accordingly.

On 28 January, 2020 State Tax Inspectorate published an updated list of confiscated assets. This time it contains 10338 items which cost 539 920 € in total. 4781 items were already announced in previous lists and 5557 confiscated assets were added for the first time. 5566 assets were removed from the list and their total cost was 149 969 €. 222 assets got a discount (among them are 166 cars). Assets were discounted by 24% (cars - by 24%) in average. VOLVO XC90 received the highest discount of around 51% (2260 €). The latest list contains 379 passenger cars and their total cost is around 221 876 € or 573 € in average for each confiscated passenger car. Top 3 confiscated passenger car manufacturers are AUDI (50), VW (49) and OPEL (47). The most expensive car in the newly added assets list is LEXUS RX400H, which costs 6 500 €. The cheapest one is - JIANGMEN SINO-HONGKONG BAOTIAN MOTORCYCLE INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD., which costs 40 € only.

Major sellers of mentioned confiscated passenger cars are UAB Argimetas (149), UAB Vilmarlita (100), UAB Automera (61). UAB Vilmarlita has received the largest amount of newly published confiscated assets which total value is 88 340 €. Slightly less valued asset chunks were transferred for realization to UAB Argimetas (35 069 € in total) and UAB Sauda (26 876 € in total). This time the leader in terms of sold or written-off assets value is UAB Vilmarlita - its balance went down by 72 549 €. The followers by the same aspect are UAB Automera and UAB Argimetas - they have managed to sell or write-off assets for total value of 29 061 € and 26 878 € accordingly.

This time it contains 10347 items which cost 543 590 € in total. 9960 items were already announced in previous lists and 387 confiscated assets were added for the first time. 955 assets were removed from the list and their total cost was 63 881 €. 2431 assets got a discount (among them are 70 cars). Assets were discounted by 30% (cars - by 24%) in average. OPEL CORSA received the highest discount of around 30% (32.8 €). The latest list contains 203 passenger cars and their total cost is around 84 016 € or 367 € in average for each confiscated passenger car. Top 3 confiscated passenger car manufacturers are VW (31), OPEL (23) and AUDI (15). The most expensive car in the newly added assets list is VOLVO XC90, which costs 4 460 €. The cheapest one is - JIANGMEN SINO-HONGKONG BAOTIAN MOTORCYCLE INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD., which costs 40 € only.

Major sellers of mentioned confiscated passenger cars are UAB Vilmarlita (83), UAB Automera (45), UAB Sauda (42). UAB Vilmarlita has received the largest amount of newly published confiscated assets which total value is 31 396 €. Slightly less valued asset chunks were transferred for realization to UAB Sauda (27 340 € in total) and UAB Automera (20 860 € in total). This time the leader in terms of sold or written-off assets value is UAB Automera - its balance went down by 18 629 €. The followers by the same aspect are UAB Vilmarlita and UAB Sauda - they have managed to sell or write-off assets for total value of 18 269 € and 14 422 € accordingly.

Second auction for luxury cars

State Tax Inspectorate (STI) has announced the second auction in which three luxury cars are to be sold. Unfortunately, there is no clear indication that this is going to be the second auction, also there is no information about the result of the first auction announced a month ago and why these cars were not sold (most probably it is related to the process transparency). There is no additional information regarding assets. Surprisingly starting prices are the same as in the first auction. So, this time the following vehicles are to be sold:

Tesla Model S P90D - starting price 54 800 €.

Mercedes Benz S550 - starting price 39 400 €.

BMW 740i - starting price 9 800 €.

There is only single chance to take a look at these vehicles. Everyone may take an overview in person on january 24th, 2020, from 10:00 to 10:30, address - Minsko pl. 11, Vilnius.

On 30 December, 2019 State Tax Inspectorate published an updated list of confiscated assets. This time it contains 10915 items which cost 534 523 € in total. 9414 items were already announced in previous lists and 1501 confiscated assets were added for the first time. 276 assets were removed from the list and their total cost was 85 410 €. 6123 assets got a discount (among them are 115 cars). Assets were discounted by 30% (cars - by 24%) in average. VOLVO S60 received the highest discount of around 44% (441 €). The latest list contains 244 passenger cars and their total cost is around 126 927 € or 151 € in average for each confiscated passenger car. Top 3 confiscated passenger car manufacturers are VW (35), AUDI (34) and OPEL (30). The most expensive car in the newly added assets list is AUDI A6, which costs 5 600 €. The cheapest one is - MAZDA 626, which costs 70 € only.

Major sellers of mentioned confiscated passenger cars are UAB Vilmarlita (81), UAB Argimetas (76), UAB Automera (43). UAB Vilmarlita has received the largest amount of newly published confiscated assets which total value is 54 594 €. Slightly less valued asset chunks were transferred for realization to UAB Argimetas (24 395 € in total) and UAB Automera (19 912 € in total). This time the leader in terms of sold or written-off assets value is UAB Automera - its balance went down by 24 171 €. The followers by the same aspect are UAB Argimetas and UAB Sauda - they have managed to sell or write-off assets for total value of 23 657 € and 20 172 € accordingly.

Luxury cars auction is going to be held by the Customs department

Customs department of Republic of Lithuania announced on december 12th an upcomming auction for a single lot consisting of 6 luxury cars.  It is planned to sell the following vehicles as a single unit:

  • Audi Q5, manufacture date 2016, VIN WA1L2AFP9GA141956
  • Audi Q3, manufacture date 2017, VIN WA1BCCFS1HR007731

  • Porsche Panamera, manufacture date 2017, VIN WP0AB2A7XHL123112
